WHY I DO WHAT I DO

Not all challenges are easy to tackle. I recognized this early on in my law enforcement career. After gaining significant field experience and honing in the required skills and intuition in understanding the mindsets of a wide variety of diverse individuals, I earned the privilege of being promoted to management and overseeing multiple teams over the years.

Understanding the various needs, preferences and fine tuning required to connect with individuals on a deeper level, I turned my focus towards management – looking at the big picture, utilizing the right tools and resources to take on various tasks while ensuring compromise in quality or delivery is never an option.

I pride myself on being socially adept. Board meetings, conferences or progress presentations. These and then some will always be done with genuine enthusiasm and understanding.
